Jack and Amy Thorn pour small-batch California wine — Napa, Sonoma, and Lake County fruit — in a Fruitville Pike tasting room they run like a coffee house for wine. Amy's the winemaker, and everything is 100 percent varietal, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Friday is the night: live music most weeks and the room stays open until 10.
