Brothers Steve and Jeff Heckman opened this Elizabethtown standby in 1997, and the name's a dodge — it was going to be Rockwell's with a Norman Rockwell theme until copyright lawyers loomed. Nearly three decades later it's one of the most recognizable bar names in Central PA, with a second outpost in Mechanicsburg. The deck is the point: 300-plus seats, its own bar and kitchen, one of the biggest in Pennsylvania, plus a four-season Atrium for when the weather turns. Live music runs Friday and Saturday nights all summer. Order the Rhino Fries — smothered in cheese and bacon with ranch — famous enough that the Facebook handle is literally RhinoFries.
