A gallery and eight working artist studios on the second floor above Columbia Kettle Works, named for the building's past life as the United Telephone Company's switchboard. The house policy is the good kind: it's open during Kettle Works hours, and you're encouraged to carry your beer up from the brewery and drink it in the gallery. Second Fridays are Jazz Club Night with the Jazz Connection, 7 to 10. Fourth Saturdays bring the Brewery Comedy Tour, and there's open figure drawing on second and fourth Thursdays if your sketching improves with a pint in reach. Order downstairs first, then head up — that's the whole system.
