It's called a Taphouse for a reason, and Stone Grille isn't precious about it — a big rotating draft board, spirit Flight Nights on Wednesday and Thursday, and house-brewed beer on the way now that Auger Brewing is firing up its own system on site. The kitchen keeps pace: hand-stretched pizza, shrimp and grits, steak and eggs, and salmon benedicts they cure in-house. Room to spread out, too — 280 seats across the main bar, dining room, Reserve Room, and a heated patio for when you want your pint under open sky. Weekend brunch is the move. Saturday and Sunday, 11 to 2, every brunch drink is $7 — Bloody Marys, Palomas, and mimosas you can push past basic OJ into peach, watermelon, or cider territory. The kitchen runs 11 to 9 on weekdays and Sunday, till 10 on Friday and Saturday, so there's no bad time to post up. Out in South York off Saint Charles Way — walk in, or call ahead if you're rolling deep.
