Downtown York's home for wearable vintage, parked on North Beaver Street. Revolt started life as a mobile shop before owner Jessica Weikert planted a brick-and-mortar flag in June 2016, and the mission has held steady since: affordable, eco-friendly fashion you can actually fold into a modern wardrobe. The racks run curated vintage clothing, accessories, and home goods, alongside locally handmade pieces — including Weikert's own jewelry, built from vintage and repurposed materials. It's less thrift-pile, more tightly edited closet — the kind of shop where everything on the rack already passed someone's taste test. Revolt is also the crew behind 717 Vintage Fest, the regional vintage gathering, and still pops up at markets around Central PA. Swing in, dig around, and walk out wearing something with a past.
