Millersville's own brewery, opened in September 2019 by Sean and Sarah Raney in the old Original Nino's Pizza building at Manor and George. Sean earned it the long way — three years as head brewer at Mad Chef in East Petersburg plus brewery time in Colorado before hanging his own name on the door. There's always a kolsch on, plus nine rotating taps and barrels aging down in the actual stone cellar the name promises. The taproom is tight — about 40 seats inside, 30 more on the deck — so it fills fast on a nice night. Food trucks handle dinner; check what's parked outside before you commit.
