Rainbow Rose Center is the LGBTQIA+ resource hub for the region, based at 124 Broadway in Hanover and active across York County since 2019. It's built on a simple promise — an inclusive, judgement-free place where the local queer community can actually thrive — and it consistently shows up to back that up. The Center runs the connective tissue of the community: free support groups, trainings, affirming programs, young-adult socials, and name-change help, plus a full calendar of events. It's also the organization behind York County Pride, the county's marquee LGBTQ+ celebration. Whether you're after support, community, or a way to pitch in, this is the room that keeps the door open.
