The farm-to-table anchor on the first floor of the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, opened in 2019 in the old Penn Square Grille space. Chef Ryan McQuillan cooks modern American from an open kitchen, and the menu moves with whatever Lancaster County farms are pulling that week. The name is the old English spelling — a tip of the cap to the farmland feeding the place. The central bar pours handcrafted cocktails, local pints, and glasses off a serious wine wall, with 190 seats running inside and out. Weekends, bar bites go until almost 11, and the whole place holds until midnight Friday and Saturday. Smart move: start here, then take it upstairs to The Exchange, its rooftop sibling and the highest bar in the city.
