Lititz's dive bar with 125 years of receipts — Hiram Holtzhouse opened it in 1901 directly across from Lititz Springs Park, which is where the name comes from. It's survived two fires and Prohibition, which it waited out pouring chocolate milk and birch beer until the real stuff was legal again. Karaoke goes Thursdays and Saturdays, 10 to 1, with DJ Luke running the book. Two pool tables, a weekly pool league, pinball, and a digital jukebox handle the rest of the night, with domestic drafts and frozen drinks behind the bar. Eat before you come — the kitchen is snacks-only, because this is a bar that knows it's a bar.
