Mike and Kristen Brubaker's small-batch brewery, pouring across from the Elizabethtown train station since 2014 — E-town's first. The name comes from Mike's competitive bird-watching team that ran the World Series of Birding, and the whole thing started when Kristen gave him a homebrew kit. Twelve taps, everything unfiltered, brewed on a system Mike built by hand, and the house rule is right on the sign: no TVs, conversation welcome. Start with the Hoppy Toad IPA or the Mistopheles chocolate stout, and know that a buck from every Great 38 pale ale goes to creek conservation. Saturdays bring live music, and Vinyl Sunday runs noon to 5 — pick a record from the house collection or bring your own while a singer/songwriter plays. Flatbreads and rotating specials like shrimp boils handle the food. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
