Jim and Deb Radwanski — he's Bubba, she's Doc — opened this in 2022 in the old B&B Tavern space where they used to date, and turned it into a full upscale bar and restaurant. The move is the patio: its own outdoor bar, heat lamps, firepits, and a straight shot view over the hills and valley. It runs year-round, not just in July. Live music covers Thursday through Sunday — Thursdays 5 to 8, Fridays and Saturdays 6 to 9, Sunday afternoons — so pick your night. Order the house Bourbon Slushie and the Goat Cheese Truffle Fries, or go big with a $100 Tower Drink. Friday happy hour runs 2 to 5 on the patio, and when the lot fills up, a free limo-van shuttles you in from overflow parking.
