3526 Old Philadelphia Pike, Intercourse, PA 17534

A coffee shop on the main corner of Intercourse that turned a dead gas station into the town's live-music stage. Carl and Fan Smucker β€” Carl ran Auntie Anne's in the '90s β€” bought the property in 2012 and built Smucker Village around it: the Corner Coffee Shop, a pair of shops, and Rolled Cold Creamery doing lactose-free rolled ice cream. No bar here, and the music carries it anyway β€” live acts play Friday and Saturday evenings, 6:30 to 8:30, with the garage doors rolled up so the courtyard gets the show too. Grab a coffee and a Belgian waffle from Rolled Cold and claim an Adirondack chair. Second Saturdays add local makers working their craft in front of you.
