A proper hidden speakeasy tucked into downtown Lancaster — you knock to get in, and that's rather the point. Behind the door is a low-lit cocktail room that rotates themed drink menus and trades in exactly the kind of in-the-know energy you're not supposed to post about. The cocktails are the main event, made with care and a little theater, and the whole thing rewards showing up curious. Bring a small group, order whatever the current menu is built around, and settle into a booth like you've got nowhere else to be. Some places want to be found; Conway would rather you earn it.
