Three friends — head brewer Jon Sager plus Ryan and Janae Dagen — opened Bespoke on Gap Road in 2021, then outgrew the place and built a bigger taproom down the street in 2023: 100-plus seats inside and a beer garden out back. The name is the pitch — bespoke means custom-made, and that's how they brew, small batches in the middle of Amish country. Saturday nights the beer garden runs live music from 6 to 8, with some Friday shows moving indoors. Wednesday is $10 wings all day. And if you're a veteran, first responder, teacher, or nurse, Thursday knocks 20% off your food.
