Lancaster's Belgian beer bar, opened on King Street in early 2024 by Bert Flores, the guy behind the old Bert's Bottle Shop near Millersville. About two dozen Belgian beers pour from each brewery's own specialty taps into glassware made for that exact beer — Flores doesn't cut corners on the ritual. The elephant in the name is a tip of the cap to Delirium's pink one. Get the mussels and frites and let the bar steer your first pour; the beef carbonnade, beef stewed in Belgian beer, is the cold-weather order. When it's warm, the covered side patio along Lenox Lane seats 80. Keep an eye out for Belgian brewery nights — they've brought in Cornelissen before.
