Chef Sara Elia took over the old Tied House on Lititz's Main Street and reopened it in early 2025 as a Southern Italian spot with pasta, seafood, and pastries made daily. She built her name running the Serafina's catering company and helping stage the L'Italia Festival in Lititz Springs Park — this is her flavors of home, full time. Monday is the night: live music 5:30 to 8:30 while dinner runs, with the Tom Pontz Trio and StarLite Trio in the rotation. Start in the downstairs wine bar, a 50-seat room under the 90-seat dining floor upstairs. Bring cash — cards carry a 3% surcharge — and remember it's dark Tuesday and Wednesday.
