Welcome to Tattoo Chicken. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tattoochicken.com and related content (the "Site"), operated by Tattoo Chicken LLC ("Tattoo Chicken," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Tattoo Chicken shares information about 21+ events, venues, and nightlife in Central Pennsylvania. Much of what we cover involves venues that serve alcohol and events intended for adults 21 and over. You are responsible for complying with all applicable age and legal requirements at any venue or event.
We work to keep listings accurate, but details change constantly. Dates, times, prices, age policies, lineups, and availability are set by the venues and organizers, not by us, and may change or be canceled without notice. Always confirm details directly with the venue or event organizer before making plans. Tattoo Chicken is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information or for your experience at any venue or event.
The Site's original content, including editorial write-ups, branding, logos, and design, belongs to Tattoo Chicken and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may share links to our content, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
The Site links to third-party websites, social media, and venues. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoo Chicken LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your attendance at any event or venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.

The Tattoo Chicken website, including all event listings, venue profiles, performer and maker profiles, descriptions, categorizations, and the selection, curation, and arrangement of this information as a whole (the “Database”), is owned by Tattoo Chicken LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. While some individual facts within the Database may be publicly available elsewhere, the curation and compilation of that information into the Database is original work owned by Tattoo Chicken LLC. Viewing the Database as an ordinary visitor grants you no right to copy, extract, reuse, or redistribute it, in whole or in part.
Permitted use. You may view the Database for personal, non-commercial use in an ordinary web browser. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Prohibited uses. You agree not to, and not to permit any third party or automated agent to: scrape, crawl, harvest, index, mine, or systematically extract data from the Database by any automated means (including bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or headless browsers); copy, reproduce, cache (beyond ordinary browsing), republish, or redistribute any substantial portion of the Database; use the Database or any part of it to build, train, populate, or operate any competing product, service, dataset, directory, calendar, or machine-learning model; access the Database through any interface or method other than the public website, including any non-public endpoint or API; circumvent or interfere with any security, access-control, or rate-limiting measure; or access the Database at a volume or frequency exceeding that of a normal human visitor.
Fictitious entries and copy detection. You acknowledge that the Database contains fictitious or specially marked entries inserted to detect unauthorized copying. The presence of any such entry — or of any material portion of the Database — within a third party’s product, dataset, or service is conclusive evidence of unauthorized copying in violation of these Terms.
Enforcement and remedies. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, block, rate-limit, or terminate access to any user, IP address, or automated agent we believe is violating these Terms. Unauthorized use may cause irreparable harm; in addition to any other remedy available at law or in equity, we are entitled to seek injunctive relief and to recover damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from any violation.
Automated-access signals. Our robots.txt file and any published crawler or AI-crawler directives form part of these Terms; ignoring them constitutes unauthorized access. These provisions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By accessing or using this site, you agree to them.
