Trivia Night at Arooga's (York)

Arooga's East York spot has held down Haines Road since 2012, in a building that's been feeding this corner of Springettsbury Township since the Steak & Ale days of 1979. When the wing chain moved in, it expanded the place to 6,500 square feet and more than doubled the bar to 45 seats — the priorities were clear. Thursday trivia kicks off at 6 with Leaderboard Games hosting. Wings and a draft at that long bar is the move — weekdays bring half-price happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30 (half off everything behind the bar, minus bottled beer, doubles, talls, and pitchers), and there's a separate late-night happy hour Fridays from 9 to 11 when you're settling in. Doors run till 1 a.m. on weeknights, 2 on weekends.
